Noora is a seasoned financial expert with a CFA charter and over 15 years of experience in telecom finance and banking. Her achievements include playing a pivotal role in the separation of Batelco and the creation of BNET, the national broadband network company in Bahrain.

​Noora's leadership as a founding member of BNET's Senior Leadership Team was instrumental in structuring the CFO organization and implementing key information systems.
​
Beyond telecom, she has a strong background as an investment advisor and portfolio manager for renowned institutions such as TAIB Bank, Abu Dhabi Investment House, and Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait, showcasing her versatility and financial acumen.
Key Achievements and Experience
Financial Separation Leadership
Noora provided strategic leadership in BNET's separation from Batelco, ensuring a smooth transition. She led the audit of Batelco/BNET fixed assets and asset valuation. Noora also orchestrated the implementation of BNET's new ERP system and negotiated critical agreements for asset transfer and capital structure.

In addition, Noora advised on key and complex issues within the telecommunications industry with respect to separation, economic regulation, price regulation and tariffs. She led discussions with the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority on the cost model for BNET, regulatory accounts as well as implementation of pricing for BNET’s regulated products.
Strategic Financial Leadership
Noora led the establishment of the Finance function in BNET by adopting a strategic vision of ‘finance business partnering’ aimed at transforming the finance function into one that drives performance and growth.
In her role as a Financial Controller in BNET, she also led the budget preparations, business case development and managed the end-to-end finance operations.
Noora restructured and formulated product development strategies as an Investment Advisor at Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait and Abudhabi investment House and was in charge of managing portfolios of equity, fixed income and real estate investments for high net worth individuals and institutional clients.
